Jess + Anthony's Magical Winter Wedding at Gibson Social Club

Jess and Anthony's winter wedding day was an absolute joy to capture. From the moment we arrived at the Gibson Social Club, we could feel the excitement and love in the air. Despite the chilly weather outside, the warm and cozy atmosphere inside the venue made for a perfect setting for their special day.

As we entered the bridal suite, we were greeted by Jess and her closest friends and family members. The room was filled with laughter, happy tears, and the sounds of champagne bottles popping open. Jess was getting ready in a beautiful white dress that complimented her skin tone perfectly. Her hair was styled in soft waves and adorned with a few delicate flowers. She looked absolutely stunning.

Jess's mom had passed away from breast cancer, and it was evident that her presence was felt throughout the day. Jess had found a small photo frame that she could pin to her bouquet so that her mom could be with her throughout the day. It was a touching tribute that brought tears to everyone's eyes.

Anthony, on the other hand, was getting ready in the groom suite next door. He was surrounded by his closest friends and family members, all of whom were wearing matching classic tuxedos and bow ties. Anthony looked incredibly dapper and sophisticated, and it was evident that he was excited to marry his best friend.

Before the ceremony, Jess and Anthony had their first look. Anthony shared a very sweet first look with his parents before walking down the aisle, and Jess had an emotional first look with her dad before he escorted her down the aisle. The ceremony was held in the Gibson Social Club, which is a stunning industrial vibe space with lots of windows and unique design features.

Their officiant talked about journeys a lot and how they bring people together. And boy do Jess and Anthony really have a great story. They had a mutual friend who decided to set them up. And once these two finally connected, they knew very quickly that they were going to spend the rest of their lives together. Many of their first interactions were over the phone, and they spent hours talking late into the night, sometimes three or four in the morning. They both have talked about how the other or their partner is the perfect person for them, and they're just so incredibly grateful that they found one another.

The way that Jess and Anthony love each other is just so beautiful to witness. It's strong, it's calm, it's quiet. But it is steadfast, and you know that you're witnessing something magical. After a deeply moving ceremony, Jess and Anthony shared a giddy first kiss and moved into some family photos while the staff at the Gibson Social Club flipped the room around in preparation for dinner and the reception.

The reception was an absolute blast. The guests excitedly notched on some food from Zuppas catering and enjoyed delicious handcrafted cocktails. As they mingled about and celebrated the newlyweds, Jess admitted that she is not a big cake lover. But the couple definitely went all out, having nine different wedding cakes available in three different flavors. It was a sweet and unique touch that everyone loved.

Anthony owns an A&W restaurant in the area, and Rudy the A&W mascot made a surprise appearance to the delight of all the wedding guests. Jess and Anthony both enjoy a good glass of bourbon, so we ended the photo portion of their evening with the two of them slipping away into the back bar at the Gibson Social Club and sharing a few quiet moments together while they sipped on their bourbon and Jess changed into her second dress of the evening.

Jess and Anthony, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day. Your love and commitment to each other is truly inspiring, and we wish you a lifetime of happiness and adventure.

Much love and appreciation,

Kate
