Taylor + Dillan's Adventurous Lakeside Engagement Session in Door County
There's something truly special about photographing friends and capturing the various milestones in their lives. Taylor and Dillian, whose friendship began through Dylan's connection with my husband, Andy, have now entrusted me with documenting their engagement session and upcoming wedding day.
Engagement Session Details:
We selected two stunning locations for Taylor and Dillan’s adventure engagement session: Cave Point and Whitefish Dunes. With a desire for water vibes, these locations provided the perfect backdrop for their session. Plus, Cave Point is dog-friendly, so their sweet Charlie could come along for the journey, adding an extra layer of joy to our session.
Cave Point:
For their first stop, Taylor and Dillian embraced a cozy fall aesthetic, snuggling up amidst the rugged beauty of Cave Point. As we strolled along the cliffs, the crashing waves of Lake Michigan our only companions, we took the opportunity to catch up on wedding plans and life updates.
Whitefish Dunes:
At Whitefish Dunes, Taylor and Dillian donned beachy attire, ready to bask in the golden glow of the setting sun. Against the backdrop of sandy shores and shimmering waters, they got to embrace their inner child as they danced and frolicked in along the shore.
Taylor and Dillian's connection is palpable, evident in the genuine joy and laughter they share. Their love story began two years ago with a serendipitous online meeting, leading to countless cherished moments together. From moving in together to Dylan's heartfelt proposal during a sushi date at Koko's in Green Bay, their journey has been filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
