Natalie + Brett's Cozy Fall Engagement Session at White Fish Dunes

Natalie and Brett's engagement session was not the perfect fall day they had intended for at Cave Point and White Fish Dunes, where unexpected weather turned a fall day into a snowy adventure. Despite not getting the envisioned fall foliage, this couple embraced the early November snow and made the most of their session with infectious energy and genuine connection.

Natalie and Brett's love story began through a mutual friend, a stroke of fate that brought them together. Despite the slim chances of connecting, their mutual friend played cupid, and here they are, planning their wedding. Door County holds a special place in their hearts, with one of their initial dates being a Fourth of July tradition that has endured for nearly 15 years.

Their engagement session wasn't complete without the delightful presence of Maisie, their golden doodle. Trained as a therapy dog, Maisie brought sweet and playful energy, especially when frolicking by the water at Whitefish Dunes. Her contagious joy added an extra layer of charm to the session.

The chilly fall day began at Cave Point, with crashing waves and the sound of thunder on the rocks. Despite the unexpected weather, Natalie and Brett's easygoing attitude made the session enjoyable, capturing the essence of their adventurous spirits.

The session continued at Whitefish Dunes, where the couple anticipated sunny beach photos but were greeted with a snowy landscape. Undeterred, Natalie and Brett embraced the adventure, sharing warm snuggles and creating unforgettable moments against the snowy backdrop.

Brett's mom joined the session, helping care for Maisie between photo spots. The inclusion of family added an extra layer of warmth and love to the engagement experience.
