Green Bay Wedding: Andrea and Neil Wed at The Marq

It’s such a beautiful thing when a bride wakes up on her wedding day, calm and collected, excited but relaxed, ready to embrace the day ahead of her. She’s contented and ready because she’s about to experience one of the best days of her life, and at the end of the day, she’ll be married to her best friend and better half. Andrea was one of these stunning, laid-back ladies. There was a soothing energy hum at her sister-in-laws home as the girls got ready. As Andrea sashayed in her wedding dress, her bridesmaids let out a collective sigh.

Neil was even more blown away by Andrea’s beauty as she walked down the aisle with her father. His eyes were misty as he laid eyes on her for the first time. They planted a tree together under the weeping willow tree at The Marq as a symbol of unity and exchanged rings with their eternal promise. Their handwritten vows were heartfelt and emotional; if there was a dry eye among the guests, you could have fooled me.

Family and friends gathered around the newlyweds after the outdoor ceremony to congratulate them. Their families laughed and hugged as they took portraits outside on that beautiful summer day. Andrea and Neil took some time for just the two of them to be close, soak up the love around them and between them, and love on one another under the beautiful green trees. Inside The Marq, guests mingled and toasted the happy couple. Andrea and Neil swayed back and forth to the sweet melody of jazz music for their first dance.

Andrea and Neil have such a beautiful relationship. Their strong, unwavering connection is palpable. Perfectly matched and wonderfully suited for one another, seeing the two of them together makes you believe in fate or destiny. When you linger with them a while, you walk away feeling as though your life has been bettered because of that time spent with them.

Thank you, Andrea and Neil, for choosing me to document your wedding journey. I am so incredibly grateful for your friendship, trust, and kindness. I wish you a lifetime of joy, adventures, and happiness. Cheers to you.

Much love and appreciation,

Kate
