Green Bay Wedding Photography: Michel and Emmanuel
The late afternoon sun peeked through tall trees, casting warm, dappled light on the ceremony site Michel and Emmanuel had created for their intimate wedding. Set in the backyard of Michel's childhood home, Michel and Emmanuel surrounded themselves with their closest friends and family as they pledged their lives to one another. Their carefully thought out, gorgeous day was filled with subtle, special details that together made for an incredible day. Michel and Emmanuel shared an incredibly tender and joyous first look; Michel's tulle dress gently swayed as she tiptoed up to Emmanuel and tapped him on the shoulder, cueing him to turn around. He was absolutely speechless and blown away by his beautiful bride. The bride's brother officiated the ceremony which took place in front of a stunning floral wall created by the bride and groom. Guests sat in white chairs amongst hanging lanterns and string lights that added to the romance of the day. Sheer happiness broke across their faces as they were pronounced husband and wife and shared their first kiss. The couple stole away to the Reforestation Camp for a few moments of quiet (and to capture some GORGEOUS images of the two of them).
Upon their return, guests noshed on catered Chipotle and sipped homemade cocktails on the lawn while playing yard games. Only a few hours after the ceremony, torrential rains showered down on Green Bay, bringing everyone closer together in the candle-lit covered reception area. No amount of thunder and lightning could bring this crowd down!
Michel and Emmanuel, thank you from the bottom of my heart for having me be a part of your stunning wedding day. Michel, you've been a friend for years and I am just so honored to have had the chance to work with you once again. You two have found amazing souls to spend the rest of your lives with. I can't wait to watch your love grow over the years.
Much love and appreciation,
Kate
