How many of you stayed in your home town after high school and college? Did you put down roots where you grew up, or did you start fresh somewhere new? For Ali, the answer was hitting the road and settling down in a new place: Denver, Colorado. When Ali left Wisconsin, she had to say, "See you next time!" to not only her family and friends, but her loving boyfriend, Brian, as well. The two were quite smitten (if you've spent any time with this pair, the love between them is undeniable), so they continued their romance as a long-distance relationship. Brian visited Ali a number of times in the shadows of the Rocky Mountains before they made the decision to call Denver their mutual home. It wasn't long before Brian asked Ali to be his wife.

I had the chance to travel to Colorado and Utah a couple weeks ago, and I knew I was going to be in the Denver/Boulder area. I reached out to Ali and Brian to see if they would be up for a sunrise engagement session at Chautauqua Park in Boulder. Thank goodness these adventurous, gorgeous souls said yes because their Boulder Flat Iron sunrise engagement session was just to die for. Cheers to the two of you, Ali and Brian, and congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

Much love and appreciation,
Kate
